You will
As a Senior Sales Manager in Telelink Business Services Albania you will lead our efforts for accelerating sales growth, expanding our customer footprint across territory assigned. You will be responsible to create innovative approach, merchandising and operational improvement and will manage relevant priority Go-to-Market plays.

Being responsible for

  • Define the opportunities and goals within the portfolio of accounts;
  • Identify key business opportunities for the territory and manage toward a growth plan;
  • Leader in defining success criteria and understand business need within changing business environment;
  • Analyze territory trends, diagnose root cause of performance and create actionable plan for improvement;
  • Generate business insights based on internal BI and competitive, market, and industry reports;
  • Adapt company and develop local sales strategy focused on new business growth;
  • Lead drive and manage opportunities of strategic technology pillar of Telelink Business Services;
  • Provide feedback as “Voice of the Field” for feeding improvements to operational reporting, and process best practices back to Leadership team.

We expect the Senior Sales Manager to possess

  • Professional experience within Business-to-Business sales environment;
  • More then 5 years experience in sales of complex IT products and/or solutions;
  • Ability to build effective commercial partnerships as to anticipate business needs;
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, ability to interact with both business and technical people;
  • Adaptability and persistence to perform in a highly dynamic environment;
  • English language proficiency;
  • Driving license.
